The course's focus is on building behavior models, and will include a NerveCenter certification exam at the end of the week.

	Users who are new to NerveCenter.

Prerequisites

Prospective students should possess a thorough knowledge of SNMP and its use in the areas of network and/or systems management. Students should also have prior experience with shell scripting, Perl, or programming concepts.
