The Premier Partnership is targeted toward VARs, systems integrators and consulting firms with a proven track record of delivering security solutions to commercial and government organizations. These partners make a commitment to include InfoCenter and/or NerveCenter into their security offerings and receive support and margin opportunities that increase based on performance against goals set with OpenService.
Participation Criteria
| Premier partnership candidates must meet the following criteria | |
| Must have an established security practice with existing high-end SMB, enterprise or government customers which represents at least 50% of the total business | |
| Development of an annual Business Plan for OpenService products and services, which include minimum sales targets | |
| Regular participation in account planning and forecasting sessions with OpenService | |
| Staff must include certified security specialists who possess in-depth security product knowledge and can deploy large-scale security solutions | |
| Company must have substantial relationships with leading security hardware and software vendors | |
| A proven track record for delivering professional services and customer support at high-levels of customer satisfaction | |
| Commitment to making InfoCenter and/or NerveCenter an integral part of their security offering | |
| Dedicated sales (Inside Sales, Direct Sales, SEs) and marketing staff | |
| Commitment to training and certification for sales, SE and technical support | |
| IBM Business Partner highly desirable | |
