Minimum Skills and Requirements
| Strong working knowledge of network and security infrastructure, including hardware and software. | |
| Familiarity with standard and best practices for enterprise IT operations. | |
| Demonstrated expertise in Unix, Windows and Linux operating systems. | |
| Experience in delivering technical presentations. | |
| Excellent verbal and technical writing skills. | |
| Familiarity with security products and protocols. | |
| Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. | |
| Ability to manage workload to meet specific deadlines. | |
| Understanding of TCP/IP including routed and routing protocols. | |
| Strong customer service orientation and attitude. | |
| Must work effectively as part of a team and be able to exercise independent judgment within defined guidelines and procedures. | |
| Must be able to multi-task and manage priorities and adapt to changing work load requirements. | |
| Must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. | |
| Ability to stay current with industry trends in related technology. | |
| Must be willing and able to travel, approximately 50-60% travel. | |
| Previous NerveCenter experience and familiarity with Perl is a plus. | |
| Security (CISSP, GIAC) and Networking certifications (CCIE) also highly desired. | |
| Spanish speaking skills a plus. | |
| Strong English-language communication skills. | |
| Must either possess or apply for a valid U.S. Passport. |
